About the role
Join the hospitality team at Novotel Sharjah Expo Center, a leading Accor hotel located near the Sharjah Expo Centre. As a Waiter or Waitress you will deliver courteous, professional service to guests in a dynamic restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, escort them to tables and present menus with detailed information.
- Set up tables with linens, silverware and glasses, and ensure all equipment is clean and functional.
- Take food and beverage orders, serve promptly and follow the hotel’s Standards of Performance.
- Maintain food hygiene and safety, performing opening and closing procedures for the outlet.
- Assist with monthly inventory checks on equipment and supplies.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a waiter or waitress.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience operating the MICROS POS system.
