About the role
Join the Shangri‑La Group in Abu Dhabi as a Waiter/Waitress, delivering excellent customer service in a stylish hotel environment. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure each guest enjoys a seamless dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a pleasant smile, present menus and take orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct delivery to each table.
- Use POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils and the dining area throughout the shift.
Required profile
- Clear communication skills and ability to listen to guest needs.
- Ability to manage multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Basic food knowledge to answer inquiries and make recommendations.
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and support smooth operations.
