About the role
Join Novotel Sharjah Expo Center, a leading hotel in Sharjah, to provide courteous and professional service to guests in a dynamic dining environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests to their tables.
- Prepare tables with linens, silverware, and glasses.
- Present menus, provide detailed information, and serve food and beverage orders.
- Maintain food hygiene and safety standards, ensuring equipment works properly.
- Perform opening and closing procedures for the outlet.
- Assist with monthly inventory checks of equipment and supplies.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a waiter or waitress.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluency in English.
