About the role
The Restaurant Manager will lead front‑of‑house operations at a premier Turkish dining destination in Dubai. You will be the public face of the venue, ensuring smooth service, high table turnover, and exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily FOH activities, guaranteeing seamless service and efficient table turnover.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, handling feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Lead, train, and schedule a diverse team to maintain consistent service standards.
- Drive sales, monitor P&L performance, and control costs to achieve monthly financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory inspections.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the UAE food & beverage sector.
- Proven ability to lead a multicultural team.
- Experience managing inspections and adhering to local regulations.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
