Waiter/Waitress - All Day Dining

About the role

Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, a 5-star resort in Ras Al Khaimah, is looking for a dynamic, energetic and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress for its busy All Day Dining Restaurant. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
• Take guest orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages promptly according to established service standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned and maintained throughout service periods.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests and complaints efficiently, escalating concerns when necessary.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, promotions, allergens and outlet operations.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately.
• Support colleagues during peak meal periods to keep operations smooth.
• Follow hygiene, food safety and health and safety standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties so the restaurant is ready for service at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in All-Day Dining operations.
• Ability to focus on guest needs and remain calm and courteous at all times.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Required skills

• Strong F&B product knowledge.
• Menu and allergen knowledge.
