Waiter/Waitress – Front‑of‑House Service

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, service‑driven Waiters and Waitresses fluent in Arabic to join our front‑of‑house team at Tashas in Sharjah. You will help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests ranging from coffee lovers to business lunch patrons, delivering the signature Tashas experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus and provide confident recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring correct delivery to each guest.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to enquiries and handle concerns professionally.
• Present bills, process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Maintain clean, well‑set tables and reset them efficiently for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar and fellow front‑of‑house staff to ensure seamless service.
• Uphold health, safety and HACCP standards throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and comfortable communicating in English.
• Passionate about hospitality with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Cash handling and point‑of‑sale (POS) operation.
