About the role
As a Waiter/Waitress at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, you will be the first point of contact for guests in our food and beverage outlets, delivering prompt and courteous service while representing the resort’s hospitality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service to guests in all dining areas.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, beverages, and resort facilities.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth and efficient outlet operations.
- Uphold safety, hygiene, and privacy standards throughout service periods.
- Continuously develop professional skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for delivering excellent service.
- Strong team‑player attitude.
- Fluent English communication skills.
