Waiter/Waitress – Laguna Beach Restaurant & Bar

About the role

Join the vibrant Laguna Beach Restaurant & Bar at Sofitel Dubai The Palm as a Waiter/Waitress. You will be part of a luxury hospitality team delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests in a beachfront resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Familiarise yourself with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
• Prepare the outlet for service, including mise‑en‑place, setting and resetting tables, and light cleaning.
• Take food and beverage orders, upsell where appropriate, and ensure accurate recording using the POS system.
• Serve meals and drinks according to established standards and presentation guidelines.
• Clear tables, manage dirty dishes, and maintain a clean, orderly station throughout the shift.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Accommodate special guest requests and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a luxury hotel or established restaurant environment.
• Energetic, fun‑loving personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
• Fluent English speaker.
