About the role
Provide courteous, creative, efficient, and flexible service in line with Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas and Hyatt International standards, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle guest enquiries courteously and efficiently, escalating unresolved issues to supervisors.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu items and recommend combinations.
- Upsell food and beverage alternatives to enhance guest experience.
- Keep the workplace and surrounding area clean and organized at all times.
Required profile
- Prior experience in a luxury hotel or established restaurant environment.
- Friendly, energetic approach with genuine enthusiasm for hospitality.
- Fluent in both English and Russian with strong communication skills.
