Waitress – Lobby Lounge

About the role

Join the luxury hospitality team at Raffles Dubai as a Waitress in the award‑winning lobby lounge. You will work with colleagues and supervisors to deliver a professional F&B experience and help the department meet its goals.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold discipline, grooming standards and punctuality in line with Raffles expectations.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens and dietary requirements to provide informed recommendations.
• Deliver consistent service excellence while adhering to LQA and outlet standards.
• Support colleagues across the outlet, perform opening/closing duties and complete all required checklists.
• Address guests by name, recognize VIPs, and ensure accurate updates in Opera.
• Handle cash and financial transactions accurately and assist other F&B outlets during peak periods.

Required profile

• Positive, energetic and guest‑focused personality with impeccable grooming.
• Strong work ethic, flexibility and willingness to support operational needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, friendly and collaborative approach.
• Commitment to the Raffles brand promise and an inclusive environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of bar operations, including coffee, tea and cocktail preparation.
• Understanding of allergens, dietary requirements and related SOPs.
• Ability to use Opera system for guest updates.
• Cash handling and financial transaction accuracy.
