Waitress - Tagalog Speaker

About the role

A well-established café in Dubai is looking for a dedicated, customer-oriented waitress fluent in Tagalog. The role suits someone with a passion for hospitality who can serve a diverse clientele in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers warmly and present menus, answering questions and making recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and pass them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve orders promptly and keep guests satisfied throughout their visit.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when needed.
• Keep tables, workstations and service areas clean and organised.
• Help with setting up and closing the café.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in line with UAE regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar F&B or hospitality role.
• Fluent in Tagalog; basic English is essential.
• Well-groomed, polite and confident, with a cheerful personality.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Eligible for UAE work visa processing; open to international applicants.
