About the role
Join a thriving group of lifestyle restaurants in Dubai as a Waitress in a Western‑concept venue. You will be the face of the restaurant, delivering memorable dining experiences in a fast‑paced, vibrant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, present specials and menu items, and take accurate orders.
- Serve food and beverages, ensure guest satisfaction, and handle any complaints professionally.
- Clear and reset tables promptly, maintain a clean dining area, and upsell menu items to boost revenue.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or culinary education is a plus.
- Friendly, outgoing, with strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays; able to stand for long periods.
What we offer
- Salary AED 1,700‑2,400 per month plus food allowance, service charge, credit‑card and cash tips.
- Free accommodation, transport, uniforms, health insurance and air ticket every two years.
- Paid leave in accordance with UAE labour law.
