About the role
EJADAH Asset Management Group is hosting a walk‑in interview in Dubai to recruit candidates for guest‑operation positions such as Ticketing Checker and Guest Care/Information Cashier. These full‑time roles are ideal for individuals seeking entry‑level experience in the hospitality and customer‑service sector.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with ticketing, check‑in, and information queries.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cashier desk efficiently.
- Provide courteous and accurate guest support in both Arabic and English.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Required profile
- Minimum high school certificate.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and/or English.
- Preference given to candidates on a Sponsorship or Student Visa.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and customer‑focused attitude.
