Warehouse Storekeeper

About the role

Miral Experiences, part of the Miral Group, is looking for a dedicated and trustworthy Warehouse Storekeeper to join its Supply Chain team. The role covers the accurate receiving, storing, issuing and inventory control of materials across F&B, merchandise, technical and zoological assets, keeping warehouse operations efficient, safe and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Receive goods and verify deliveries against purchase orders (3-way match)
• Perform quality checks on expiry, temperature, weight and packaging
• Maintain storage standards (dry, chiller, freezer) by product category
• Issue materials according to requisitions and work orders, following FEFO practices
• Carry out regular stock counts and keep inventory accurate in Eatec/Maximo
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and ADFCA food safety standards
• Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (essential)
• 1+ year of warehouse or supply chain experience (essential)

Required skills

• Microsoft applications (Excel, Word)
• Preferred: ERP systems (Eatec, Maximo, Oracle Fusion)
• Preferred: handling warehouse machinery (forklift, electric pallet jack, reach truck)
• Preferred: HACCP/ADFCA compliance knowledge
