Warehouse Supervisor – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our pharmaceutical warehouse operations in the UAE. The role ensures compliant receipt, storage, dispensing, inventory control, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging, semi‑finished and finished products.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise receipt, inspection, reconciliation, storage and issuance of all materials.
• Maintain GMP/GDP‑compliant storage conditions, segregation, labeling and handling.
• Manage material dispensing, returns, reconciliation and related documentation.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock ageing, near‑expiry, rejected and obsolete items.
• Coordinate material release with Quality, Production and Supply Chain teams.
• Maintain SOPs, logbooks, SAP transactions, inventory records and QMS documentation.
• Lead deviations, CAPA, change controls, investigations and quality‑risk activities.
• Ensure compliance during regulatory, customer and statutory audits.
• Oversee dispatch, palletisation and local reporting requirements.
• Promote high standards of EHS, housekeeping, hygiene and personnel safety.
• Train, motivate and monitor warehouse staff while driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical warehouse experience, including supervisory responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, inventory control and warehouse quality systems.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP/ERP and QMS documentation.
• Excellent leadership, planning, documentation and communication skills.
