Water Sector Lead – UAE

About the role

Join Sener and shape the future of water infrastructure in the UAE. We are looking for an experienced Water Sector Lead with 15+ years of experience to lead project delivery, business growth and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of water infrastructure projects from feasibility to execution.
• Manage multidisciplinary engineering and project teams across water sector projects.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, cost control, risk management and schedule performance.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients, authorities, partners and stakeholders.
• Lead and support preparation of technical and commercial proposals and manage bid activities.
• Support business development through client engagement, market intelligence and strategic positioning.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in water engineering, environmental engineering, business administration or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification (preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in water infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing complex water sector projects within engineering consultancy environments.
