Wealth Planning Director

About the role

Titan Wealth International is seeking an experienced Wealth Planning Director to join its Global Wealth Division in Dubai. The role involves advising high‑net‑worth and expatriate clients on sophisticated financial planning, including investments, retirement, protection, estate and tax‑efficient strategies. You will also mentor junior advisers and help shape the firm’s wealth planning proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial planning advice across investments, retirement, protection and tax planning.
• Manage and develop relationships with high‑net‑worth and complex clients.
• Conduct regular client reviews, maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure ongoing suitability of portfolios.
• Mentor Wealth Planners and Senior Wealth Planners, acting as a technical reference for complex cases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of advice quality, client experience and planning processes.

Required profile

• Chartered Financial Planner status or CISI Level 6 qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum five years of experience advising high‑net‑worth clients in a private wealth or financial adviser environment.
• Strong technical knowledge across financial planning disciplines.
• Passion for coaching, mentoring and developing junior advisers.
• Excellent communication, relationship management and commercial skills.
