Welcome Ambassador Bellman – Russian, Spanish & Italian Speaker

About the role

The Welcome Ambassador Bellman is the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing at W Hotels Dubai. You will create memorable first and last impressions by guiding guests through their stay, answering requests, and sharing local highlights.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests in Russian, Spanish and Italian, providing a warm and professional welcome.
• Assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures, handling operational tasks and guest requests.
• Prepare and deliver reports on guest interactions and service outcomes.
• Promote local attractions and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Move throughout the property, lift objects up to 50 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior hospitality experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Fluency in Russian, Spanish and Italian.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal communication in three languages.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk and lift regularly.
