About the role
The Welcome Ambassador (Guest Arrival Expert) creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests, guiding them through arrival and departure experiences with a personalized touch.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of guest services, from check‑in to departure assistance.
- Process operational needs and complete required reports.
- Address guest requests promptly and share highlights of the local area.
- Move around the property, handling objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
