Wellness Instructor

About the role

The Wellness Instructor creates and delivers holistic wellness programs for guests at the SO/ resort in Ras Al Khaimah. Combining expertise in fitness, yoga, meditation and lifestyle practices, the role enhances the physical, mental and emotional well‑being of visitors while reflecting the brand’s creative and vibrant personality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group and individual sessions such as yoga, Pilates, meditation, breathwork and stretching, adapting each to guest fitness levels.
• Design a diverse calendar of wellness activities, signature retreats and themed events in collaboration with Spa, Fitness and Entertainment teams.
• Maintain clean, safe and well‑equipped wellness spaces, ensuring all equipment and props are in excellent condition.
• Act as a brand ambassador, building personal connections with guests, providing lifestyle guidance and collecting feedback to continuously improve the experience.

Required profile

• Certified in yoga, Pilates or meditation (Yoga Alliance, Pilates Method Alliance or equivalent).
• Previous experience delivering wellness programs in a luxury resort, spa or wellness centre.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• First‑aid and CPR certification preferred and flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays.
