Workshop Supervisor

About the role

Al Ghurair is seeking a proactive Workshop Supervisor to lead daily operations at its Service Center. You will oversee technicians, ensure efficient workflow, and maintain high service quality while fostering a positive work culture.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop activities and manage technicians and workshop staff.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to schedule repair and service jobs.
• Monitor workshop loading, work‑in‑progress, and service quality standards.
• Address customer concerns and provide technical explanations for additional repairs.
• Drive workshop targets such as productivity, efficiency, and Fix Right First Time (FIRFT).
• Coach and develop technicians to improve performance and cross‑functionality.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in dealership workshop operations.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on productivity and team coordination.
• Diploma or degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• Highly organized, result‑driven, and customer‑focused.
