About the role

Join the Spa team at The Ritz‑Carlton in Ras Al Khaimah as a Yoga Instructor cum Spa Receptionist. You will combine wellness instruction with front‑desk duties, creating a memorable experience for guests seeking relaxation and health services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead yoga sessions for guests, ensuring safety and proper technique.
• Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Schedule reservations, confirm appointments, and manage the reservation software.
• Check‑in guests, answer service‑related queries, and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and adhere to health‑and‑safety standards.
• Perform light physical tasks such as lifting items up to 10 lb (25 lb with assistance) and moving around the spa environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with reservation or booking software.
