Account Development Representative – Dubai

About the role

Postman, the leading API platform, is looking for an Account Development Representative in Dubai to help generate new business opportunities for strategic and enterprise accounts. You will work closely with the Account Development Manager and cross‑functional teams to build a qualified pipeline that feeds the sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target strategic prospects to accelerate territory growth.
• Conduct detailed research on accounts to uncover key contacts and business challenges.
• Qualify leads, educate prospects on Postman’s value proposition, and hand them off to sales.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales enablement and management to create and execute campaigns.
• Maintain accurate activity records and update lead status daily in the CRM.
• Continuously learn Postman’s product suite, competitive landscape and market trends.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in sales development, business development or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and meet or exceed qualified lead targets.
• Proactive attitude towards learning product and market knowledge.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.
