Regional Head of Marine & Power Products

About the role

The Regional Head of Marine & Power Products will drive growth and performance of Honda Marine & Power Products across the UAE. This senior position shapes regional strategy, ensures profitability, enhances customer experience, and leads high‑performing cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional business strategy for Marine & Power Products, identifying growth opportunities across all product categories.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in sales, after‑sales, technical support and supply‑chain planning to achieve revenue, market‑share and profitability targets.
• Manage strategic customer relationships, negotiations and regional partnerships while ensuring cost control and pricing discipline.
• Oversee inventory management, forecasting accuracy and compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance for customer projects, drive product enhancements and build technical capability within the team.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in power generation, marine propulsion, battery systems or energy storage, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marine Technology, Energy Systems or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven commercial acumen and track record of delivering profitable growth in a technical‑focused business.
• Strong leadership, communication and strategic planning skills, with a focus on safety, service quality and regulatory compliance.
