Account Director – SaaS Solutions (Middle East)

About the role

OneStream is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead SaaS solution sales across the Middle East. The role is remote‑first with a preference for candidates based in Dubai and focuses on expanding existing customer relationships through renewals, upsells and cross‑selling.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Drive upselling and cross‑selling of OneStream products and services.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, manage the sales pipeline and prepare proposals.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Business Development, Marketing and Alliances to grow the pipeline.
• Provide consultative guidance to customers, aligning OneStream solutions with their business objectives.
• Deliver compelling presentations and business cases to internal and external stakeholders.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales quota and forecast revenue accurately.

Required profile

• Proven track record in SaaS sales and account management.
• Strong understanding of subscription renewals, expansion and cross‑selling strategies.
• Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of a sales territory.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
