About the role
This senior, hands‑on position works closely with the CEO to lead key client relationships, shape PR strategy, and manage account teams. It is focused on delivering high‑impact communications for banking and financial‑services clients.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic PR and media relations plans for major accounts.
- Lead and mentor account teams, ensuring high‑quality client service.
- Maintain and grow relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross‑functional efforts to align communications with business objectives.
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast‑paced agency environment.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a PR/communications agency.
- Strong background in banking or financial‑services communications is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
