Account Manager

About the role

Rayqube is seeking an Account Manager to lead client relationships for immersive, technology‑driven experiences across the region. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects meet objectives, budgets and timelines while delivering high‑impact installations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling discovery calls to capture event goals, technical needs and stand design requirements.
• Present concepts, timelines and budgets; manage scope changes diplomatically.
• Lead pitching sessions with support from the Technical Director and Art Director.
• Oversee content mock‑up creation with the design team.
• Coordinate internal deadlines, updates and client changes throughout development.
• Ensure deliverables comply with venue regulations (e.g., Dubai World Trade Centre) and exhibition schedules.
• Organise on‑site rehearsals, supervise stand build‑up/tear‑down and conduct quality tests on all tech integrations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of account or project management experience in events tech, experiential marketing or exhibition stand production.
• Proven track record delivering complex, technology‑heavy projects such as apps, interactive games or holograms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Engineering or a related field.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
