Account Manager – Real Estate Rentals

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our award‑winning Holiday & Short‑Term Rentals team. You will act as the primary liaison between haus & haus and our landlords, ensuring their queries are handled promptly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of up to 100 landlords, maintaining strong relationships.
• Handle high‑pressure situations while delivering excellent customer service.
• Lead and control face‑to‑face meetings with landlords and internal teams.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between clients and the operations team.
• Negotiate additional properties to manage, aiming to maximize profit.
• Retain business year‑on‑year and cross‑sell services across the haus & haus group.

Required profile

• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Diligent, proactive, and resilient.
• Strategic thinker with a problem‑solving attitude.
• Experience in holiday home rentals is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s licence.
