Account Manager – Trade (Dubai)

About the role

Radio Holland is seeking an Account Manager – Trade to join its Inside Sales team in Dubai. You will support the trade sales process, handling customer requests and ensuring accurate commercial processing of RFQs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Trade Sales Team in preparing and delivering quotations for customer inquiries.
• Calculate cost prices based on customer specifications and adhere to defined pricing guidelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date and complete records in the ERP and Service Platform systems.
• Coordinate with Trade Support to hand over completed orders for invoicing.
• Participate in the RFQ process under supervision, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in a sales or trade support role.
• Strong understanding of maritime technology products and ability to recommend suitable solutions.
• Proactive communication with customers and ability to meet order intake and conversion targets.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the capacity to work with multiple stakeholders.
