Accountant E-Commerce and Operations

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to manage finance and operations for our e‑commerce platform in Dubai. You will work closely with sales, warehouse and vendor teams to ensure accurate billing, inventory control and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales invoices, credit notes and receipts, handle billing queries and payment disputes using Zoho Books, and maintain AR aging reports.
• Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile inventory in Zoho Inventory and report discrepancies, damages and slow‑moving items.
• Onboard new vendors, verify trade licences, VAT certificates and bank details, and keep the vendor master database up to date.
• Prepare quarterly VAT returns, refund reports and corporate tax calculations in line with UAE law, maintaining organized tax records for auditors.
• Manage petty cash, process vendor payment runs, reconcile vendor statements and support healthy cash flow.
• Process daily orders on Amazon.ae Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab, coordinate packing and dispatch, reconcile marketplace settlement reports and track returns, refunds and adjustments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in e‑commerce or retail.
