Accounts Receivable Supervisor – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will lead the end‑to‑end AR cycle for CMA Terminals at Khalifa Port, ensuring accurate billing, timely cash collection and compliance with UAE regulations. This internal mobility position is open to qualified CMA CGM employees based in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full AR process, including Navis N4 billing, invoice processing, credit checks, collections and dispute resolution.
• Manage relationships with key customers, negotiate delayed payments, and coordinate with Commercial, Operations, Finance and GBS teams.
• Prepare AR performance reports, aging analysis, collection forecasts and present KPIs to senior management.
• Oversee the AR team, allocate workload, drive continuous improvement and automation of billing and AR processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, using accounting/ERP software and MS Excel.
• Experience managing a small team; knowledge of UAE tax regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret financial data, create detailed reports and provide actionable insights.
