About the role

A growing contracting company is seeking an experienced Admin/Recruitment Manager to oversee and manage all administrative functions related to its blue‑collar workforce.

Key responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end blue‑collar workforce administration and recruitment.
Oversee labour accommodation (camps), welfare initiatives, and employee relations.
Ensure smooth administration of payroll processes for workers.
Coordinate with site teams, HR, and government authorities on workforce‑related matters.
Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
Manage workforce documentation, mobilization, and employee records.

Required profile

Proven experience as an Admin Manager within the construction/contracting industry.
Strong background in managing large blue‑collar workforces.
Experience handling labour camps, worker welfare, and payroll administration.
Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employment regulations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
