About the role
We are seeking a reliable and organized Admin Assistant to support our team in Dubai. The role focuses on providing day‑to‑day administrative assistance, preparing documents and spreadsheets, and ensuring smooth office operations. Strong Excel abilities and good English communication are essential.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the team.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets using Excel.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and routine communications.
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and basic office management tasks.
- Maintain organized records and support internal documentation.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience (real‑estate experience is a plus).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Mid‑level career stage.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
