Admin Manager – Nursery Operations

About the role

Kids First Group is seeking an Admin Manager to support the daily operations of one of its premium nursery schools in Dubai. The role will act as the primary administrative liaison between the nursery and the central head‑office functions, ensuring smooth admissions, parent communication and facility management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Nursery Manager, handling parent inquiries, admissions collateral and coordinating nursery tours.
• Maintain and update student waiting lists and lead information in Salesforce CRM.
• Prepare weekly attendance sheets and organise student tracking documents.
• Process cash advances, scan expense receipts and obtain maintenance vendor quotes.
• Coordinate facility upkeep and liaise with HR, Finance, Marketing and Sales teams at the head office.
• Maintain staff documentation and assist central HR/PRO teams with employment records.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably a Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum three years of administrative experience in an educational, childcare or customer‑facing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and immediate availability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
