Agentic DevOps Lead Data and AI

About the role

Accenture is looking for an experienced Agentic DevOps Lead to drive the scaling of generative AI agentic solutions across cloud environments. You will design and operationalize a reusable, portable DevOps framework that ensures production readiness, observability, and efficient deployment for AI‑driven agentic applications.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement scalable DevOps strategies for agentic systems using LangGraph, Crew AI, Autogen and related orchestration tools.
• Build reusable scaffolding and automation pipelines that support rapid, reliable releases.
• Ensure production‑grade observability, monitoring, and security for all agentic deployments.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and DevOps specialists to deliver robust, client‑ready solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional AI and data teams to align infrastructure with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and managing DevOps processes for AI or machine‑learning workloads.
• Strong background in computational science, AI, or machine‑learning engineering.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
