AI Architect

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑wide AI/ML solutions in Dubai. The role combines deep technical expertise with business acumen to shape AI strategy, build scalable architectures and drive adoption across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Design end‑to‑end AI/ML systems, including data pipelines, model development, deployment, monitoring and governance.
• Evaluate, select and integrate AI tools, frameworks and cloud platforms such as Azure AI, AWS SageMaker and GCP Vertex AI.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product teams and business analysts to deliver AI‑driven solutions.
• Lead MLOps practices, ensuring model performance, scalability, security and ethical compliance.
• Architect real‑time and batch processing pipelines using Spark, Kafka, Airflow and related technologies.
• Present AI vision and progress to C‑level stakeholders and mentor technical teams.
• Conduct PoC development, feasibility studies and AI solution assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or related field.
• 15+ years of IT experience with at least 8 years in AI/ML development and 5 years in AI architecture or leadership.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to senior management.
• Strong understanding of AI ethics, fairness, explainability and relevant regulations.
