AI Business Partner – Shared Services

About the role

WSP Middle East is looking for an experienced AI Business Partner to drive the strategic transformation of its Shared Services functions in Dubai. The senior, delivery‑focused role will lead the identification, prioritisation and deployment of AI‑enabled solutions across Finance, HR, Procurement, IT and Legal, ensuring alignment with global platforms and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Shared Services and business unit leaders to create and execute an AI‑enabled transformation roadmap.
• Translate operational challenges into high‑impact AI use cases and manage the pipeline from concept to scale.
• Lead AI implementation in core Finance processes, including automation, predictive analytics, anomaly detection and intelligent workflows.
• Ensure all initiatives comply with audit, regulatory and internal‑control requirements and embed value‑tracking mechanisms.
• Develop and roll out AI capability programmes, role‑based learning pathways and toolkits to embed AI into everyday workflows.
• Represent Shared Services in enterprise AI governance forums and champion communities of practice.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in finance transformation and AI‑driven operational change.
• Strong ability to work across multiple functions and influence regional and global stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
