AI Technical Lead / AI Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking an AI Technical Lead / AI Solution Architect to join a leading Fintech company in Dubai. You will drive the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise‑grade AI/ML solutions while mentoring a team of AI developers and data scientists.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions for production environments.
• Lead, mentor, and guide teams of AI developers and data scientists.
• Implement and support MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, monitoring, and optimisation.
• Ensure AI governance, security, responsible AI, data privacy, and risk management compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Integrate AI services with Azure AI technologies and cloud‑based architectures.

Required profile

• 14+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Data Science.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Agentic AI, preferably using LangChain and/or LangGraph.
• Strong track record of delivering AI solutions at scale in regulated or complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
