Appointment Setter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Appointment Setter to join our remote sales team. In this role you will engage prospective customers, qualify leads, and schedule qualified meetings for our sales representatives. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can handle objections and maintain consistent follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via outbound calls, email, social media, and other channels.
• Introduce the company’s products or services in a professional manner.
• Qualify leads by assessing needs, interest, and fit.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, or demos for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM.
• Manage calendars and coordinate appointment times between prospects and sales reps.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment‑setting targets.
• Provide feedback on prospect responses and common objections.

Required profile

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation.
• Proven ability to make outbound calls and communicate with prospects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a persistent approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote‑work setup.
