Arabic Tutor – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Arabic tutor to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will work remotely from the UAE, interacting with AI models in both Arabic and English to assess their linguistic performance and guide their improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots and review their outputs.
• Measure chatbot progress by conducting conversations in Arabic and English.
• Create novel dialogue scenarios to teach desired responses.
• Evaluate the correctness, logic, and overall quality of AI-generated content.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Independent contractor able to work on a flexible schedule from home.
• Residency in the United Arab Emirates.
