About the role
We are seeking experienced language professionals to review and refine Arabic (UAE) customer service content generated by machine translation. The role supports ongoing improvement of help articles, UI strings, and internal documentation for a global AI service project.
Key responsibilities
- Review and refine machine‑translated customer service content, including help articles, UI strings, and internal support documentation.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, tone, and contextual appropriateness in Arabic (UAE).
- Maintain consistency across terminology, style, and meaning.
- Apply feedback to support continuous quality improvement.
- Complete tasks within a Translation Management System (TMS).
- Communicate with Project Managers as needed to clarify expectations.
Required profile
- Native proficiency in Arabic (UAE) and strong English skills.
- Experience in translation, localization, or translation quality review.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently in an online environment.
- Successful completion of required assessments.
