Architect – Real Estate Development (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Architect to join our Real Estate Development team in Business Bay, Dubai. You will lead architectural design and oversee project development from concept creation through construction and handover for residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for high‑rise (G+12 and above) developments.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Obtain all necessary authority approvals and manage technical reviews.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, Dubai Municipality standards, quality requirements, budgets and timelines.
• Maintain project documentation and handover packages.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of UAE experience in real estate development, consultancy or construction.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑rise projects from inception to completion.
• Valid G+12/Unlimited Dubai Municipality approval permit.
• Active member of the Society of Engineers (UAE).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai authority approvals and UAE building regulations.
