Architect – Site Supervision (Senior & Mid‑Level)

About the role

Mirage is looking for experienced architectural professionals to join its site supervision teams on prestigious projects across the United Arab Emirates. The role involves ensuring that design intent is faithfully executed on‑site, maintaining high quality standards and complying with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise architectural works on‑site according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor contractor performance, workmanship quality and progress.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals and method statements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and produce progress and quality reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve design‑ and construction‑related issues on‑site.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project standards.
• Support the project team in meeting timelines and milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of UAE experience in site supervision of large‑scale residential, villa or hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with other relevant design/review software.
