Architectural Project Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Engineer to join our UAE project team. The role bridges design and execution, ensuring architectural finishes are delivered on time, to the highest quality and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and coordinate architectural, structural and MEP drawings for constructability and design compatibility.
• Prepare, review and manage technical submittals, RFIs, material approvals and method statements.
• Review shop drawings and resolve on‑site design discrepancies before construction starts.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to solve technical issues.
• Identify and resolve conflicts between architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance to the site team during execution and monitor progress against schedule.
• Manage material approvals and support timely procurement of architectural finishes.
• Participate in project meetings, maintain communication with stakeholders and ensure compliance with UAE building codes, authority regulations, project specifications and HSE requirements.
• Assist in snagging, de‑snagging, testing, commissioning and hand‑over activities, and prepare technical reports and progress updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in architectural engineering and construction, with at least 4 years in the UAE.
• Proven experience on residential, commercial, hospitality or mixed‑use developments.
• Professional fluency in English; Turkish is a plus.
