Lighting Project Manager

About the role

The Lighting Project Manager will lead LED lighting projects from concept to completion, coordinating with clients, architects, contractors and suppliers to deliver on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. This full‑time hybrid position is based in Dubai and combines on‑site presence with occasional remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, create schedules and monitor deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage procurement, expediting and logistics to ensure materials arrive on schedule and meet specifications.
• Conduct inspections of delivered products and installed systems, verifying compliance with design drawings and standards.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports and risk assessments, and propose process improvements for energy efficiency and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in lighting, construction, MEP or building services.
• Hands‑on expediting and logistics management background, including vendor coordination and material delivery.
• Strong technical understanding of LED lighting systems and ability to read drawings, specifications and data sheets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent professional experience.
