Construction Manager – Finishing Works

About the role

The Construction Manager – Finishing Works will lead the execution of interior finishing activities on a large‑scale high‑rise tower project in Dubai. Reporting to senior project leadership, you will ensure that work progresses on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor construction progress against the predetermined schedule and budget, holding regular status meetings with sub‑teams.
• Review and adjust project work plans, resource allocation (labour, materials, equipment) and ensure optimal utilisation.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors and sub‑contractors to resolve conflicts and maintain smooth workflow.
• Manage project finances, track expenses, minimise risk and ensure compliance with QEHS regulations.
• Obtain necessary permits, licences and NOCs from authorities and ensure all legal requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections, verify completeness of project documentation and address client and consultant feedback.
• Participate in QEHS training and promote safety and quality awareness among staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects, with a focus on finishing works.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale high‑rise tower projects.
