Assistant Finance Manager

About the role

The Assistant Finance Manager supports daily general‑ledger processes for a luxury hotel property, ensuring accurate accounting, reporting and discrepancy resolution. The role works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain financial integrity and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement accounting projects, including SOP audits and fraud/collection procedures.
• Perform ledger reconciliation, account balancing, and generate timely financial reports such as the Gross Revenue Report.
• Analyze discrepancies, resolve issues, and ensure accurate profit and loss documentation.
• Monitor tax obligations, manage period‑end close activities, and safeguard assets through strong internal controls.

Required profile

• 4‑year bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (no experience required) OR a 2‑year degree with at least 1 year of finance/accounting experience.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and communicate effectively with supervisors and peers.
