About the role

The Assistant Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis will support strategic decision‑making by delivering accurate financial insights and forecasts. Reporting to senior finance leadership, the role combines analytical rigor with stakeholder collaboration across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, root causes, and performance gaps.
• Build and maintain forward‑looking financial models for forecasting and scenario planning.
• Translate complex financial data into clear executive presentations.
• Lead cost‑reduction and finance‑transformation initiatives.
• Serve as liaison between on‑shore teams and global business partners.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to embed financial strategy into daily operations.
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly financial results to guarantee accuracy.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–4 years of core FP&A experience.
• Strong foundation in accounting principles and reporting standards.
• Meticulous attention to detail and high data‑accuracy standards.
• Proven ability to manage teams and work across departments.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Expertise with Google Spreadsheets.
• Experience using financial reporting software.
• Skilled in creating executive‑level presentations.
