Assistant Manager – Financial Planning & Analytics

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager for Financial Planning and Analytics to join our client’s Dubai office. The role focuses on building financial models, forecasting key performance indicators and supporting sales performance analysis across the business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain in‑depth financial models and scenario analyses to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Create forecasting models using statistical techniques and incorporate macro‑economic variables.
• Produce sales performance and MIS reports, support target setting and automate periodic analyses.
• Monitor business unit performance against KPIs, highlight trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Track and refresh product Net Present Values (NPVs) quarterly and advise on incentive structure adjustments.
• Manage incentive calculation processes, generate sales tracking reports and respond to inquiries from sales channels.
• Provide analytical support to improve sales productivity and evaluate incentive effectiveness.
• Report progress of strategic initiatives to senior management and ensure governance thresholds are met.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial modelling and sensitivity analysis.
• Ability to work with large data sets and produce clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior management and cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple reporting cycles.
