Assistant Manager – HR Analytics (Real Estate)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – HR Analytics supports the Real Estate HR function by delivering data‑driven insights, building reporting solutions, and automating processes. Working closely with HR Business Partners, Finance and department heads, the role ensures accurate manpower cost planning and timely executive reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support manpower cost planning, budgeting, quarterly forecasting and variance analysis for in‑house and outsourced staff.
• Maintain data integrity in the SAC system, provide training and resolve issues for HRBPs and Finance partners.
• Design, develop and maintain HR dashboards, scorecards and self‑service reporting tools across the employee lifecycle.
• Promote dashboard adoption and ensure data accuracy for business stakeholders.
• Automate recurring HR reports and operational processes using Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint and Copilot Studio.
• Implement AI‑enabled agents to improve efficiency and encourage user adoption.
• Prepare clear, visual presentations of data findings and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Manage monthly Total Rewards case cycles and support incentive and compensation analytics.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to solve complex business problems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR analytics, reporting and data‑driven decision making.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with HR Business Partners, Finance and department heads.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting and automation projects simultaneously.
